The Greater Mortgage Corporation was founded in 1987 by its President and CEO, Nagy Y. Henein in order to create a dedicated and ethical mortgage company to accommodate the specific needs of each homeowner, whether buying their first home or refinancing their current loan. It was not long before The Greater Mortgage Corporation also established a successful Commercial Lending Department, offering loans to business owners all over America.

Mr. Henein has been in the real estate field since 1978 and earned his MBA in Finance in 1977. He has served as President of The New York State Association of Mortgage Brokers, Treasurer of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and currently serves on The Legislative Committee of The New York Association of Mortgage Brokers where he has had the honor and privilege to testify before the State Senate and Assembly of New York on behalf of the mortgage industry.

On a local level, Mr. Henein has served as President of The New City Chamber of Commerce, as well as several other local civic groups.
