HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOANS
SFCU offers a home equity mortgage loan in the form of a line of credit. Once the loan is approved, cash up to a certain limit is available when a voucher is filled out. The first cash advance is a minimum of $5,000. After that you can borrow a minimum of $250.

SFCU also offers a closed-end Home Equity with fixed rates, a minimum of $7,500 and a maximum of $100,000, and minimal closing costs.
