In August 2000 the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) approved ACCESS Federal Credit Union's request to convert to a community charter serving Oneida County and the City of Oneida.

If you live, work, worship, or go to school anywhere in Oneida County or the City of Oneida, you are now eligible to join ACCESS Federal Credit Union.

Family members of any ACCESS Federal Credit Union member are eligible for membership in the Credit Union. For example if an Oneida County resident joins the Credit Union, then their spouse is eligible for membership. Once the spouse joins, the spouse's brothers and sisters may also join. After the brothers and sisters become members, their spouses may join. Next their brothers and sisters may join, etc. If you have a family member that would like to join, please stop in or give us a call.
